I've received and installed the new continuous ink
system with my HP Photosmart C7280 printer. Ive
attached some photos showing the installation
process and fittings of clamps and pipes.
I found the continuous inking system really easy to
install and the picture qualities are just as
amazing as with the original HP ink! Being a student
I print out many documents and have found this
system extremely pleasant to use and it also saves
on a great deal of cash! Thank you City Ink

I recently purchased a
Continuous Inking System from you for my Epsom
Stylus Photo 1400 Printer and, as requested, enclose
some Photographs of the system set-up.
I must say that I am
delighted with the system. It was easy to install,
not much more than a conventional cartridge change,
the instructions were very clear ( despite their
"quaint" English grammar! ). The system worked
straight away without even the need of a head clean
cycle! ( this is rare even for a conventional single
cartridge change ). The results have superb colour
rendering and I trust that the permanence is as good
as you say, although of course only time will tell
with this. The quality of all components appears to
be first class and you even supply the screwdriver
required to lever off the carriage lid. I look
forward to many years of printing without having the
worry of the cost of the ink.
Hello, I
have enclosed the Images showing how the clamps and

the Epson
RX700 printer Ciss System, and 3 pictures showing the
print quality.
It states
on the box that if I send 8 images, I would receive a
lifetime discount code for refill ink.
I reproduce
old pictures and I'm a keen photographer, I print a lot
of photos and I can honestly say
that the
Ciss System is as good a quality as the original
cartridges!
CISS Continuous Ink System for Epson R285
It had to happen.........my trusty Epson R200 finally died after
5 years continuous service, 3 service calls and a vast quantity
of cartridges consigned to the recycle bin.
I bought a replacement, the Epson R285, as I was accustomed to I
also purchased compatible ink cartridges, everything went fine
until one of the cartridges reached 1/3rd full, having changed
the cartridge the printer then claimed it was unable to identify
them, it only accepted them when I changed them
all.........obviously this would mean that any savings I could
expect would be minimal.
I then remembered seeing an advert for a continuous ink system,
Google leapt to my rescue and I subsequently purchased the
CISS Continuous Ink System.
Delivery was very fast indeed, just three days from payment on
Ebay and I had the system in my hands, installation was very
simple indeed, although the manual is not as clear as perhaps it
could be particularly with regard to the placement of the
retaining pads for the ink supply cable.
My first print was a re-print of a document I had previously
prepared using genuine Epson inks.........if you're going to do
a comparison this seems the obvious course of
action..................the print using
CISS
was indistinguishable from the genuine one, it even dried much
faster than the previous print, the colours are vibrant and
true, there is no bleeding or blur visible and I can honestly
say I was both amazed and delighted with the result.
For anyone considering the purchase of this system I can
heartily recommend you go ahead, you WILL NOT be dissapointed.
A brilliant ink solution for all users who are fed up with
paying extortionate amounts for genuine cartridges and highly
recommended also for those who are currently using
compatibles................I cannot thank you enough !
I ordered a
continuous ink system for my Epson RX585 at 3 o’clock on Monday and
received my order at 3 o’clock on Wednesday, very prompt delivery.
The reason I ordered this system was
to replace a CIS I bought from another retailer which was a generic
copy and I wish now I would have come straight to City Ink Express.
The installation process was very
simple and well explained in the instruction manual and in the video
on the website. The only problem I had was the printer not
recognizing the cartridges so I emailed support and I received a
reply within 10 minutes. The problem turned out to be my fault as I
did not push the cartridges down hard enough.
The quality of the print is exactly
the same as using Epson’s genuine ink. The other CIS I had before
used cheaper ink and the prints where very dark compared to the
genuine ink and that in my new system.
I have been running my new system for
around 20-30 prints now and everyone is flawless with no ink spots
or drop in quality.

Having used the Continuous Ink System I bought from you for a couple
of
weeks now I'm happy to report that it's working brilliantly and
enclose a
few photos of the system in-situ
Review:
I use an Epson R2400. Its lovely
printer but the genuine inks are extremely expensive. Roughly £80
per complete set (not including postage). I am a wedding
photographer living and working in Cyprus. It is all about high
volume and quick turn around here, so you understand that cost is a
bit of an issue. When I stumbled upon City Ink Express I was very
impressed with what they were offering and bought a CISS almost
immediately.
Installation was a little fiddly but patience and determination I
got there and it was totally worth it. I couldn't be happier with
the results!
I now print without even a thought for cost now and I don't think
twice if I am about to print an A3+ image just for an experiment.
The quality is undistinguishable from a lab processed print and all
of my customers have been overjoyed. Another plus is you don't have
to waste time changing cartridges or even waste space stocking them.
The supply just goes on and on.
I would recommend this system to anyone. If it ever did break for
whatever reason, I would simply buy another one!
